Stainless steel water curtain cabinet

Stainless steel water curtain cabinets (also known as paint spraying exhaust gas treatment equipment) are mainly used for paint mist purification in industrial paint spraying workshops. They purify the air by combining water curtain filtration with mechanical exhaust.

▍ Core Structure and Working Principle

Structure: Primarily composed of a stainless steel water curtain plate, filtration device, water circulation system, and exhaust system. Some improved models add a double-curtain water curtain, automatic scraper assembly, and a three-stage water-blocking structure to optimize water resource utilization.

Working Principle: The water pump forms a water curtain to intercept paint mist particles, and residual waste gas is discharged outdoors by a fan. The water circulation system completes purification through filters and an air-water separator, achieving a waste paint removal rate of over 99%.

▍ Technical parameters and performance

Air volume handling capacity: Typically 10,000 m³/h, operating inlet air velocity up to 0.6 m/s, noise level below 85 dB.

Specifications: Standard single-station width 1.2-1.5 meters, double-station width 2.4 meters, height 2.0-2.1 meters.

Circulation modes: Divided into large circulation (direct drainage) and pipeline pump circulation (recirculating water).‌

▍ Routine maintenance and precautions:

Regularly clean the filter screen and water tank to remove paint residue, preventing the water pump from running dry or becoming clogged due to excessively high water levels.

Regularly clean the fan blades of any paint residue to prevent deformation and extend their lifespan. ‌
